Cottage Food Disclosure
Our products are made in a home kitchen that is not subject to state inspection, as permitted under Minnesota cottage food law. All products are prepared in accordance with Minnesota Cottage Food Producer regulations.
Product Information & Ingredients
We are committed to small-batch craftsmanship and the thoughtful use of high-quality, whole food ingredients. We prioritize organic sourcing when possible and formulate with awareness of common food sensitivities.
However:
All products are produced in a home kitchen environment.
We cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.
Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including, but not limited to: dairy, eggs, soy, and seeds. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchase. If your pet has a severe allergy or sensitivity, please contact us prior to ordering.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
No Medical or Health Claims
Our products are pet food items and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Any statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
Always consult a qualified veterinarian regarding specific dietary concerns or medical conditions.
Orders & Payment
All sales are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:
Refuse or cancel any order
Limit quantities purchased
Discontinue products without notice
Payment must be received before orders are fulfilled
Shipping
When shipping becomes available:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
Because our products are food-based, we are not responsible for damage due to heat exposure, freezing, or shipping delays beyond our control.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of pet food products, all sales are final.
If there is an issue with your order (incorrect item, quality concern, etc.), please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. Please review our Return Policy for more details.
Limitation of Liability
By purchasing from Legend-ary Pet Treats, you agree that:
You assume full responsibility for reviewing ingredient information.
You understand the risks associated with consuming food products made in a home kitchen.
Legend-ary Pet Treats shall not be liable for allergic reactions, misuse, or adverse outcomes resulting from consumption of our products.
